well I've been lifting and my friend pushups and well i totally beat him as far as muscels. PS depends what your lifting and for how long
No way of telling. Depends on what else you're doing and what your eating habits are.
as long as they are done on a mat andwith a coaches supervision, they are fine. try doing them up against the wall
It'll take a while man you have to push yourself if you want results and after a while fifty pushups will be easy and you need to make sure to make it tough on your self and do more pushups as your body starts to adapt to the work. Thats he only way to see change is keeping it hard and tricking your body into change by tweaking the workload as you go. Just do pushups to failure for like three months and you will see a visible difference but if you want to get buff you have to focus on compound movements and get in the gym and start moving some weight four or five days a week.
20 pushups per night is probably not enough to grow "big arms", no matter how long you continue the routine. Progressive weight training is a better approach. That means lifting heavy weights and making the weights heavier over time. Don't forget proper nutrition and plenty of rest.
you should get muscles in about a week or 2. KEEP TRYING!
Some easy workouts you can do at home are walking, jumping jacks, sit ups, pushups and more. Just basic exercises will go a long way to losing weight.
No because, according to the Canadian School Policies, Teachers are not allowed to do any push ups.
