If you mean if Spaniards ever leaved Mexico, most of them stayed, becoming part of the criollo population that survives up to this day -- Mexico has a 9-17% of its population of white European descent; also 60-80% of Mexicans are descendants of interracial marriages between Spanish and Native Americans.
