Place an approx. 1/4lb seasoned and thawed hamburger in a microwave safe container like tupperware. Elevate the hamburger slightly off the bottom of the container using a smaller lid or something and "loosely" place a lid on the larger container (I use a rectangular tupperware container with lid and a smaller lid from a smaller size inside). This serves as a catch for the grease. Microwave the hamburger on "medium" power for about 3 to 4 minutes depending upon the size of the microwave and how you like your "burger". Not great but quick and eatable!
It depends on what ways you use for grilling the Hamburgers. Here a short guide on how to grill hamburgers.
Ingredients: before everything let's get all the things we need to grill the hamburger.
Ground Beef. The amount required is up to your requirements.
Pepper
Salt
Plates
Meat Thermometer
Butter
Wax Paper
Creating the Beef Patties : Get a bowl to put the ground beef. Add to it, salt and pepper as per your need and mix it. Create patties by your hand. Make the size of a tennis ball and flatten it. The patty must be 3/4 of inch thicker. They need to be 1/2 inch bigger. When you start to grill they will start shrinking.
Get a nice plate and put the patties on it. Get the wax paper in between each one.
Now the preparing the grill part comes. Firstly you have to turn the grill on and start oiling it. Get the hamburger patties on the grill as per how much you need. Heat it on a high temperature and cook each patty's side for five minutes. Once done, cook the other side similarly for another 5 minutes. Once done, get some cheese to spread on them and toast them for a minute. Get a nice plate to serve them.

Too many variables.. Grills temp, type of beef, size of patty, and of course what you prefer. Just use a thermometer I guess if you can't tell by feel. Pull them off at like 125 if you still want pink (I prefer much rarer but only if you trust your beef) and let them rest for a little with cheese melting on em'
If you are using an open flame grill (Charcoal, Gas) put it on the grill and let is "toast" if you will, my suggestion is 10 seconds.
6 minutes on one side then 5 to 6 minutes on the other side
It depends on the size
10 minutes each side
7 minutes

Hamburgers will never be as fresh as just off the grill or frying pan. The flavor can start to degrade even the next day. Try using it in a day or two for best flavor.

The sentence should be, "For the family reunion, I cooked hamburger and hot dogs on an outdoor grill."
You sure can - McDonalds does it all day long. It's rather messy, though, even if a spatter shield is used atop the burgers, so a frying pan is probably a better choice.
