I do not think a can of clams will keep more than 3-4 days, at the most, in a good cold refrigerator. You must remove the clams from the can, and place in a glass or safe plastic container. The canned clams will begin to develop a fishy odor after 24 hours, but are probably not spoiled for 3-4 days. You need to develop a sense of smell about food. You should be able to smell a spoiled canned food and that will help you determine whether it is still edible.

Keep cooked clams in fridge 3 to 4 days. Store in airtight container, cover with broth from cooking. Can be frozen for ±3 months. Again, freeze in cooking broth.
