depends on the state you live in. most states give you 30 days to apply for a lisence if you have moved from one state to the next and plan on taking up permenant residence there. if you are in state for buisness or college you can keep the one you have but may need to get a state id card for that state. most banks and local government will give you a hard time with out of state id. hope this helps

It would be unusual for an EX-felon to have to report his address. If you have a court document that says you have to report your address, you should call the sheriff's office where you live and ask how to report it.
