Assuming you're talking about your menstrual cycle... The whole cycle starts approximately at 28-day intervals.
If you count the first day you notice bleeding as day 1, you should bleed for approximately seven days in total. This will be followed by approximately 21 days before your next cycle begins. Every woman is different - and the number of 'bleed days' could be fewer or greater than seven. Additionally, some women may go months between periods.
