I'd say on a hot grill, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Put the oven to grill at 150-180oC/270-315oF for 10-15 on each side or until done.
Assuming you mean cook , not "cut": Depends on the cooking surface and temperature. Let's start with the summer charcoal grill. I recommend hot grill, and minimum of four inch raised grill from coals. Place filet on grill for 5 minutes. Do not touch or cover! Let it flame and burn or whatever for the 5 minutes, then turn and leave 5 more minutes. Remove and let it stand for 10 minutes, then serve. ray
For a medium to medium-rare steak, I would grill this over hot coals for 6 minutes on the first side. Turn and grill for about 4 minutes on the other side.
You need to oil the grill and the fish, but don't put so much oil on the fish that the grill will flare up when the oil drips off. Season the fish, if its about half an inch thick, cook it on one side for 5 minutes, turning it 90 degrees half way through, then flip it over and cook it for two minutes on the other side. If thicker, cook longer on the second side. Squirt it with lemon juice right before you take it off the grill.
The horizon smokers grill does in fact come in other sizes besides the 16 inch model. There is also a 20 inch version available which has the same design.
Judge the time by the thickest part of the fillet. Most are about 1/2 inch at that part, fry that size in a small amount of olive oil and butter or plain vegetable oil for 5 minutes on one side, flip and continue to cook another 3 to 4 minutes. If the fillet is closer to 1 inch thick then cook for 8 minutes on side one and 5 to 6 minutes on side 2.
Not too much bigger, you can cook them about an inch apart.
The George Foreman grill has a 17 inch grilling surface so you could fit approx 4 4 inch burgers at a time to allow for even grilling.
The top indoor grill is the Sanyo smokeless indoor grill, with around 200 square inches of cooking area. The second is the Zojirushi EB-CC15 Indoor Electric Grill Armed with a 1300 watt heating element and a 12 inch by 9 inch cooking surface. The Krups Canyon Deluxe Indoor Grill is great for anyone, so it would be great for elderly people too!
It depends on the thickness but a cod fillet that's approximately 3/4 inch thick should remain on the grill for approximately two to two and a half minutes. Gently turn it. Grill the second side for approximately two minutes. At the end of the grilling, the fish should be firm to the touch but not hard and not "spongy."
It depends on the bone. The femur (thigh bone) is much stringer than other bones.
