2nd Answer:
You should do your first deworming at around 4 weeks of age and be sure to de-worm Mom at the same time too. Most all pups have roundworms but they could also have hookworms, whipworms, etc. so best to de-worm them starting at 4 weeks, then repeat at 6 weeks and once again at 8 weeks. Bring in a fecal sample to your Veterinarian to have it checked out for parasites, just combine a small sample from most of the pups and mix it together.

Have a vet deworm them. If you MUST do it yourself, buy a dewormer medecine at the pet store. Dose the puppy as directed right away, and WAIT (Yes, wait) for TWO weeks to give them their seond and final dose. The reason for the two-week wait, is to kill the new worms that hatch from eggs laid two weeks before.
You have to wait until it grows some.
Depends on the mother but probably for one person right away other people should wait until 3 wks
