Not sure exactly what you're asking here. IF you are asking how long it takes from when a baby chick starts to peck itself out of the shell to when it's finally out, the answer is A COUPLE OF MINUTES. I guess I've seen chicks get out in as quickly as a minute and some that have taken up to five minutes to fully extricate themselves, but the majority are out of the shell in 2-3 minutes. If, on the other hand, you're asking how long it takes from when the hen starts to incubate the egg to when it's hatched, the answer is 21 DAYS.
