∙ 13y agoIf it's been stuffed - treat it like a joint of meat. Cook it for 20 minutes per pound plus another 20. Therefore, in this case - 6 hours & 40 minutes ! If you cook the bird upside-down, then turn it right way up while it's resting after cooking - all the juices will be absorbed back into the flesh - so it won't be dry !
