If you are stung from a box jellyfish, the chances of survival are very, very low. The box jellyfish is one of the most deadly and poisonous animals in the world, and for some accounts people within a matter of minutes. Sometimes however, people can be stung from a box jelly but live, however it is an extremely painful experience.
Hope this helps!
If you get stung by a box jellyfish, you're screwed. Really. Children and the elderly would die right away because of their lacking of swimming skills and usually the venom penetrates the heart so you wouldn't be able swim back on shore. Weather you are an adult or a child, it would be excruciatingly painful and would have a long recovery time.
But, if a healthy adult gets stung and reaches the shore, they will need medical attention immediatly. The venom usually takes approximetly 30 seconds to penetrate the body. If you ever swim in the Indian or Pacific Ocean, it would be a good idea to wear long swim pants so whatever sea creature's sting or bite would affect your body less. Hope this helped:)
yes
Yes a lion mane jellyfish can kill octopus. Because the octopus can not take the rage and power that the jellyfish is providing.
first they sting their prey. then they use their tentacles 2 grip and take a big bite. the jellyfish only eat the fat of their prey.
A jellyfish's venom is incredibly complex as it directly attacks the central nervous system as well as other organs. The venom can kill within three minutes after being stung. Box jellyfish venom have caused over 72 known fatal deaths.
as long as it takes to recover from your mom
It depends on the Jellyfish, if it's a baby or if it's small about twenty minutes not long. If it's a big adult... you may need to go to the hospital because of their poison or it could be no big deal and it would last about a hour. Warning! The size doesn't always count! Becareful and safe! Hopes this helps!
I just was snorkeling at Jamestown, RI, and there were thousands of little spherical jellyfish about 1cm in diameter with tentacles about 3 in long. when you touched the body of the jellyfish, the tentacles shrunk up to about a cm. They didn't seem like they stung, but when driving back home, I lost my voice due to a small amount of inflammation in the back of my throat. Can't say for sure that it was the jellyfish, but seems likely.
Yes, as long as you take proper care of them :)
It really depends on how long it will take to kill each one.
It can take as little as a few hours.
I got the amiba but it did not kill me so I don't know.
it depends on size if its very small it could take an hour but if you've fallen in them then mabye about 6 hours
