You can cook just about any kind of food in any sort of cookware as long as you have the experience. You can google for a lot of results on what is best cooked in a pressure cooker.
"if its whole it will take a real long time in slow cooker, id say all day and all night. Depending on your cooker. Mine would take that long on high." and I'm guessing...just assuming...you're not too good of a cook, eh?
Just cook it like a normal turkey in the slow cooker idiot !

Depends on how you like it. I cook it at 165 for 2 hours. on the low rack.
Cook on low for 8 hours with 1 cup of water.
it is not necessary to boil the ribs but by doing so the ribs won't take as long to cook and they will retain more of their moisture.
