About 2 weeks to a month. I slightly dislocated my wrist and its kinda hard to type with this splint on. But if its slightly dislocated like mine, I would wear a splint for 1-3 weeks. I'm not a doctor but if you did dislocate it and it's really bad, please see a doctor.

It depends on the usage. If you can lock your wrist in a stable position with something like a brace, the immobility will relieve tendons and ligaments of strain which will speed the healing process. Even then, it could take up to 6 weeks to fully recover. Light rehab can help depending on the severity of the sprain.

It's best not to use your wrist, otherwise it will prolong the healing process. This type of fracture usually takes 6-8 weeks to heal completely.

How can i sprain my wrist?

If you want to sprain your wrist take it from someone who has sprained their wrist like me. Get someone who can throw a softball REALLY hard and stand kind of close to them. Catch the ball and because of the force your wrist will bend back and it will cause a sprain. But my wrist really hurt when I sprained it so my advice is not to try to sprain your wrist on purpose.
