To get to the Peach arch crossing from Vancouver takes about 1 hour or 1.5 hrs depending on where you are in Vancouver.

The time it takes to cross into US depends on time of day and day of week. You could spend 45 minutes, 20 minutes or 2 hrs.

To go from Blaine the first town across the border at Peach Arch crossing and then onto Seattle t takes about 2.5 hrs to get to Seattle.

How to get from Seattle to vancouver?

I took an Amtrak train from Seattle to Vancouver, and back to Seattle a few days later. It was about 4 - 5 hours long, so it might not be your thing if you can't handle long rides. Trust me on this, though, you won't even realize how long it is taking because some of the scenery is absolutely gorgeous! I'm sure you could also drive or try to catch a plane.
