Keflex is not a sulpha drug.
No, a person should never take Keflex if it is expired by two years. Medicine loses its potency after the expiration date.
Acute bronchitis is usually viral, and does not get better faster with antibiotics.

yes
yes it is listed as a common side effect along with headache and nausea
Maybe. Some people that are allergic to penicillin are also allergic to Keflex and some aren't. To be on the safe side I would avoid it.

How long does scleroSis take to effect inter body
If you are allergic to cefaclor (Ceclor), you should not take cephalexin (Keflex) without first consulting your doctor. They are both cephalosporins, meaning, they are the same type of antibiotic, they just target different bacteria.
Its not recomended to use Keflex and Bactrim, because Keflex is bactericidal antibiotic that kills growing (multiplaying) bacteria, when Bactrim is bacteriostatic, that mean it prevent bacteria from being growing or multiply. Using both together we garantee complication (at least long term immunodeficiency), but not cure. So to end up with a sore throat you have to take one, - preferably bactericidal antibiotic.
Yes you can because none of them have the same action. I WOULD NOT take this cocktail unless your physician orders it, and then I would only take it if it was a necessity. Vicodin is a narcotic pain killer, keflex is a muscle relaxer, and aleve is a NSAID (non-steroidal antimflammatory).
