It does not take long for your temperature to rise after ovulation. It can rise slightly the day of ovulation but will also continue to rise over the next few days. In order to confirm ovulation took place you will need a rise in temperature over three days.

When is the more like time for a woman to get pregnancy?

If your cycle is of 28 days, then on day 14, or if cycle is of 30 days on day 16 of menses you have ovulation. If you take morning temperature on the bed only, after ovulation, there is slight rise of temperature on the after ovulation, keeping it higher till menses comes or if pregnancy results, then through out pregnancy. There are high chances of pregnancy, if there is sexual contact on the day before,(Guess work.) on the day of ovulation and next day. It may take 3 to 6 months to become pregnant but get thoroughly examined up by your Gynecologist and she is the Best Judge in individual case.

What is a woman's temperature when she is ovulating?

Its not the actual temperature that is important, but the rise in temperature. If you plot your temperature from day one (when your period starts) you should see a 0.2 degree centigrade rise at ovulation and you'll be fertile for a few days after that. Also if you have sex a few days before that you can get pregnant as the sperm stays alive for a few days. Its important to take the temperature at the same time each day when it won't be affected by activity or drinking/eating hot/cold stuff. First thing in the morning is best. If you're not seeing the rise and you're getting tired at the time you should ovulate then you are lacking in energy and need to change your diet.

My friend wants to get pregnant and her doctor told her to take her base temperature and an ovulation test while on birth control not a minipill will it have an accurate reading of ovulation?

Follow the doctor's advice exactly. If you are confused, ask the doctor again--or see another doctor.

How do you plan pregnancy?

My suggestions are to to take an at home ovulation test (it estimates your expected time of ovulation) and take your basal body temperature daily to help keep better track of your cycles. Be sure to take Folic Acid at least three months before conception. Folic Acid is what helps the baby form properly. * Conception usually occurs about 5-7 days after intercourse * Your most fertile period is about 5 days before ovulation * For most(but not all)women ovulation occurs about 14 days prior to her period.

What will happen to temperature if ice is heated until it melts then boils Its temperature will rise continuously until it completely melts Its temperature will rise until reaching 0 C Its temperature?

Its temperature will rise to 0 deg C. It will remain around there until all the ice is melted and then it will rise to 100 deg C. Again, the temperature will remain nearly static until all the liquid has turned to vapour. Then the temperature will rise again. The temperature may continue to increase very slowly at 0 and 100 degrees because the melting and boiling will not take place uniformly across the mass. For example, the ice around the temperature probe might all be melted (so the temp should start rising) but there might still be more ice floating around (so the temp should not rise).
