You need at least 4 years.. or a bachelors degree.. to be hired by more famous zoos and such you probably should take another 2 years or even get your doctorate.

To train to be a zoologist there are hundreds of schools to choose from. You must have a degree in zoology to do this job however. The schooling can take anywhere from three years to six.

At least long enough to learn that you don't put "an" before the word "zoologist". I'd say like 3 years, yeah that sounds about right. at the minimum two. first you study a first diploma in animal care. this takes a year. then you study a national diploma in animal management. after that you are free to go study zoology and become a zoologist

I believe that's not possible. A zoologist needs to learn a variety of information, so you WILL have to get a degree in college in order to become one.

To become a zoologist, the general courses in biology, physics, chemistry, and math. While you can find entry level employment with a bachelor's degree, you will need a master's degree for higher paying jobs. If you wish to conduct research, you will need a PhD.

Suprisingly you need atl east 6 years of college to become a zoologist.Zoologists are named for the group of animals they study (mammals-mammologist, birds-ornithologist, reptiles-herpetologist, fish-icthyologist)There are over 15 deffrient fields in Zoologist and a Zoologist has to attend 4 to 6 years to even become a Zoologist
