They go into orbit, and sometimes to a space station. By the way, are you going using stairs, an elevator, 9MM or some kinda space shuttle those are all valid points, but take it from a Canadian if your waiting for Canada to send something to the moon don't hold your breath. We really don't have much of a space program. Actually, we do, ever heard of the Canadarm? I can't think of any other space achievements off the top of my head, but Canada is a pioneer in space travel
