I can't answer for two wheel drive. On 4 wheel drive, you have to replace the hub as an assembly. You can't replace just the bearings.
Jack and secure, remove wheel. Have someone inside Blazer to hold the brakes. Remove large nut in the center of hub.(get proper socket from parts store with long breaker. May need pipe for more leverage as nut is real tight.) After nut is removed, remove brake caliper assy from it's mount with two bolts and then remove brake rotor (good time to put on new brake pads). Now you can pull off the hub.
Put on new hub and put on large nut just hand tight. Install brake rotor and caliper. Have someone inside vehicle hold brakes while you finish installing large axle nut and torque to vehicle specs. I do not remember that value. Should only take less than an hour per wheel once all tools are lined up.
Almost forgot, there are four bolts holding hub onto suspension frame and the axle is close to the heads and it is difficult to get socket on. You will have to turn steering wheel left and right to get to all four. Manual calls for new bolts and not use old ones. They are cheap and you can get them when you get the hubs.
I paid $495.00 dollars
