How long will a pending adjudication take for unemployment benefits in North Carolina
if i am getting unemployment benefits in florida and take money from my 401k does that disqualify me from unemployment benefits
No. No state deducts unemployment funds from employee's paychecks. Payroll taxes paid to the state by the business funds unemployment benefits.
if you make 1200.00 a month take home what would you receive in unemployment benefits in California
To qualify for unemployment benefits, other than your work history, you have to actively seek full-time employment, which leaves out retirement.
The state can't take overpayment of unemployment benefits from a Federal tax refund. Some states have provisions to deduct such from the state tax refund of their state. Most states will take a percentage of future unemployment benefits to pay off unemployment compensation overpayment.
I heard about 2 weeks, maybe 3 if your prior employer contests or an issue arises.
If you were over paid by unemployment can that affect your social security benefits at all

Not if you are already receiving Social Security. If you are still in your earning years, your ultimate benefits my reduce as they take the average of your last 40 quarters of earned income (which does not include unemployment benefits) to determine the benefits you receive.
As long as you qualify for unemployment, and are looking for work, and are able to accept a job offer, you can collect unemployment. If you're not looking for a job, or your class schedule won't allow you to take a job, then you can't collect unemployment. The employment office will check your class schedule to make sure you are able to accept a job if offered one.
