from what i have recently read on it Provigil has a short half-life in your body, however when it comes to drug tests Provigil can stay in your system up to a few days after it is taken, however it typically only shows up on blood and urine samples, and not typical employment drug tests. Hope this could help, I'm still tyring to figure some stuff out too!!

It can take anywhere between three to five days, on average. However, very sensitive drug tests can pick it up well after that length of time.
