The issuing Officer would have arrested person at time of incident. Then during subsequent days thereafter, submit report(s) to authorities to begin case file against perpetrator of said DUI. At the rate it is going,it is almost a one hundred percent chance that they will pursue the case and levy charges against defendant. Sorry about that!
