no its not it a silly story that 3 teenagers made up so they can see how many frends they would grt with it
No, there are no reported incidents similar to the Carmen Winstead / Carmen Winston/ Carmen Winson / Jessica Smith hoaxes. The Carmen story has been traced back to two teens who started the hoax on myspace. If ghosts even exist, paranormal researchers generally believe that they haunt specific places or specific individuals. There is no reliable documentation to suggest that anyone has ever been harmed by a ghost because they didn't forward an e-mail.
I am not sure... But it may be true and may not be, They might of been some sight-seeings and maybe not. But be careful anyway me therefore think it MAY be true because people have SAW Carmen and I know that she could be stood next to any of you (Bullies) But the legend MIGHT be true and MAY NOT be true
People didn't make the story up. It was a story that happened a long time ago. A girl named Carmen Winstead has just moved to Indiana and is hard to make new friends at school. Five bullies have been picking on her and no one ever helped her. One day, the school had a fire drill and the bullies pushed Carmen down the sewer and broke her neck. Her face peeled off, too. The bullies lied to the cops and said that she fell on accident. One night, one of the bullies were in the shower when she heard someone laugh. The next morning, the bully found herself in the sewer with her neck broken and face peeled off. It happened with the people who never helped her and the other four bullies, too. That's the story.
The story of Carmen Wenstead is widely believed to be fake and has been circulated as a meme. It tells the story of a woman who falls off a cliff while taking a selfie at the Grand Canyon, but there is no evidence to support its authenticity.
it is NOT true, it is what is known as an urban legend if it had of been true it would of been on news and stuff and it hasnt been so we know it is not true, i never send the chain letters on with this crap on and im fine

Nobody really knows. It's just an urban legend, and those could have been started by anybody. Sorry if this didn't help much.
The Cast hasn't been chosen yet, but I think that Sophia Bush or Mary Elizabeth Winstead would be great for the part :)
