Bearded dragons were here since the olden days. When Sir Lancelot was alive. actually, been round for tens of thousands of years, i dont know for sure how many but its around the 100000 year mark, LONGER THAN US! THATS ALL I KNOW!!!

The Idea of dragons had originated when the early humans had seen whales and thought them as sea monsters which later evolved into the myths of dragons we know today.
