It really depends of the dog's breed. Chihuahua's spine length is obliviously going to be smaller than a Great Dane's! Check with a breeder/expert if you know what breed you need to find the average length of.
This will depend upon the individual horse you are talking about - an Arabian may have a spine measuring 10 feet while a Clydesdale may have a spine as long as 17 feet.
This all depends on the breed, age, etc. It can range from about a foot to about 3 feet.
Back
The hair on the horses neck is called a mane.
Because if they had short necks they would be horses.
it is when the second horses head is even with the winning horses neck.
It's called their mane
The mane is the long hair that grows from the crest of a horses neck and around lions' face/head.A mane is the patch of fur around an animals neck, like a lion's mane, or in a horse's case, down the back of the neck.
a long neck boy
Because it's a horse. Horses look the way they do because they need the long legs for running, and the long neck and head for reaching the ground to graze. The foal also needs long legs to run, and eventually he will start grazing, so he needs a long head and neck too.
Call the vet. The horse will no doubt need antibiotics and the neck is a bad place to get an abcess.
horses like to be touched under the chin, the cheek, the forehead, the nose and the neck hope i helped :)
They have a long neck They are approx 16-20ft tall. They have patch like marks of reddish brown, yellow, and brown. *fun fact* they can run up to about 35 mph (miles per hour)
