How long is it taken by priority mail to deliver from US to Pakistan using USPS and are there any chances of parcel being stuck into customs?

7~10 days or 15 days.
Most shipments sent using priority mail international service will take 3~5 days within States to reach a city with a flight routed to Pakistan, once here it may take another 5 days to be delivered.
Any shipment above $50 as declared value, or having a weight above 11 pounds (5 kilograms) in weight will be likely held - not having an original invoice with airway bill will also result in fines and penalty.
Once your shipment arrives, you will receive documents with applicable duty from Pakistan Customs Immediate Clearance Group.
Shipments not valued much will be picked by Pakistan Post where you just have to pay duty on door step or visit your nearest GPO.
