It is 108 kilometers of potholes, one lane bridges, slow lorries, and road construction between Ocho Rios and Port Antonio Jamaica. If you follow the route taxis you'll be able to Dodge the larger potholes and arrive in Portie with your exhaust system and oil pan intact. I try to leave Ochie before two in the Afternoon in order to get into Port Antonio before sunset, which is about 6:15pm. Budget at least 3 and half hours if you know how to drive in Jamaica. It is a pretty drive though. And the bridge on the B4 to Newcastle in Annotto Bay got washed out in the last hurricane so there's no shortcut to Kingston at all anymore. Good Luck
