2 hours without break, then after 2 hours take at least 2 hours break, after the 2 houred break you can start to replay the console for other 2 hours then take at least 3 hours break then once more (not too recommended) play for 2 hours then give it a long break (until tomorrow).
i'd say up to 6 hours at the very maximum (4 hours recommended)

just computer over heating and safety for your Xbox to last longer.
that's what i think im sure not sure the maximum might have to be shorter.

Two hours is the most anyone should watch TV, be on the computer, or play video games a day. Encourage him to go outside and play Basketball or exercise in some way.
