If you mean 132 kva, which to many people would mean the same thing as 132 KW, you are talking about a pump that is portable only because it is hauled around on a trailer. But that kind of pump wouldn't be submersible and would most likely not be electric. Motors are not often rated in va either, but if what you meant is 132 va, it will run on any common 15 or 20 amp circuit, assuming you connect it to the right voltage.
