If you register on a weekday (Mon-Fri) then it should only take around 24 hours. Sometimes it can get up to 48, but only on extremely rare occasions.
If you register over the weekend or holiday, it can take a few days. If you register over the weekend, you should expect the email to come on Monday or Tuesday.
