Set oven to 350. Roast breast down for 45 minutes, then turn breast up.
Cook until the temperature in the thickest portion of the breast is 150 degrees F and the thigh is 160. After you remove it, let it rest 30-60 minutes and the temp will rise 10 or so degrees. It will probably take around 20 to 30 minutes per pound but that changes with the temperature it was when you start and whether it's trussed and other factors. Checking temperature is much better. Time and oven temperature is very unreliable. A meat thermometer is $10 and well worth it.
