When doing a rep, it's important never to use momentum. Therefore, never rush through a rep. Take 3 or 4 seconds to push it up. Similarly, don't just drop it down: lower it while resisting momentum.

Everyone will be different. If you are looking to do more in a shorter time then keep training. Make sure you are doing them correctly or you will achieve nothing of value.
