No realistic amount of walking will allow you to lose 30 pounds in two weeks. That's 15 pounds per week. It isn't healthy or very realistic to lose weight that fast (don't let The Biggest Loser fool you).
To lose that amount in fat, you would have to burn an extra 52500 calories a week which is 7500 calories a day in food reduction and exercise. A person of 180lbs would have to RUN 8 mph for about 7.5 HOURS everyday for the 2 weeks to burn off the excess. No one does that, nor should they.
Plus, odds are the weight would return with a vengeance once it's lost.
it will take about 2 or 3 weeks for it to walk but the most is 3 weeks
there is no way you should lose that much at your age. At maximum you should lose 1 pound a week. Walk or run for a little while each day, eat about 200 calories less a day
It take 3500 calories to lose 1 pound. On average running a mile will minus you about 100 calories or so.
2 weeks
After a knee operation, you should expect to wait about 6 to 8 weeks before you can walk again. Some people may find that they are able to walk before that, with help.
It would be physically impossible to lose that much weight that fast. And it would be very unhealthy to lose even ten percent of that in two weeks.
Two to three weeks.
Around a few weeks they should.
2 to 3 weeks
10 weeks by the Left Banke 6 weeks by the Four Tops
Usually only a few weeks.
I say it's around 71/2 weeks before you can walk again.
