That'd depend on the terrain, your fitness level, how much you have to carry and how committed you are. On a technically challenging section, I might need 3-4 hours. A fitter rider on an easier course will do it maybe 90 minutes.
I would suggest a bike with a small frame and a long seat post if you want a low seat for jumping, but a larger frame if you ride mountain and street more.
