For a whole Turkey (10-12 lbs) you can brown it first, make sure it's on a trivet with 2 cups of water, for 40 minutes. Release pressure using the natural release method. For a larger turkey, a 20 lbs. for example, pressure cook for 1 1/2 hours. Keep the pressure at 15psi. More time charts at: http://missvickie.com/howto/times/timingframe.html Enjoy!
Defrosting: From the freezer to the fridge: 1 day in the fridge per 5 pounds. 19 lbs would be about 4 days in the fridge. Cooking: 325 degrees for about 4 hours. The rule is about 15 minutes per pound. It's better to get a recipe and follow their directions, since some recipes say 350 to 400 degrees and some say longer than 4 hours (and depends on if it's stuffed or not). This just gives you an estimation so that some people aren't trying to defrost a turkey the night before Thanksgiving and think they can bake it in an hour.
About 7 1/2 hours, unstuffed. Cook it until it is 165 F in the thigh and 175 in the breast. It would probably be best to remove the juice every couple of hours, otherwise it may well boil over.
