2 days, in the fridge.

NEVER thaw on the counter.

If still frozen a few hours before it goes in the oven, put it in a large pot of cold water in the sink. Turn the faucet on to a bare trickle and let it run.

If your bird was completely frozen, this method will take about 3 hours.

Pat bird DRY, DRY, DRY before you put in oven. Otherwise you'll have soggy skin.

Roasting a 150 lb pig should take at least 6 hours(maybe as long as 7 or 8 hours). Its not likely that the outside will be overcooked since pork is such a fatty meat. Check the internal temperature of the thickest part of the pig with a thermometer. Its safe to eat when its served at 145 F.
