Your cramps can last a few days to a week. To help your self stay off of sugar, salty foods, quit the junk food and soft drinks. These things make PMS worse and the cramps worse. You can put a heating pad on your tummy or lower back to help. Get the heat pads that are sold in the drug store. Aspirin can help and a cup of hot tea. I had a terrible time with PMS and cramps as a young woman, but no one told me these things. I had to learn them myself.
ive had cramps and vaginal discharge for a long time so id say a year.........
No, you won't have cramps until you start your period.
That's your period. It can fluctuate depending on hormonal levels.
having period cramps for the first 3-4 months are normal. if you are spotting or see any blood go to the doctors . i had cramps for the first 4 months until they finally went away
Feeling tired and stomach cramps yes. But you usually don't get gassy ar go to the bathroom frequently until you are further along. Like 4 months along.
you could have infection, you need to see a doctor ASAP, that way you will be sure if there is something wrong.
Rest should be provided until the person is adequately hydrated with fluids, and until the body temperature is below 99.
Sore breasts and cramps are both common in the early stages of pregnancy, so if you are in doubt, get a pregnancy test, it's the only way to know for sure, and it's not reliable until you are at least two weeks late for your period. I am about 6 weeks pregnant for the first time, and I'm a nurse. It is normal to have sore breasts and many times this will last for the first trimester and sometimes longer as your hormones are changing, also having cramps monthly can be normal too, because your body is use to having periods monthly, so my doctor says that you might have those feelings of cramps every month, just not the bleeding.
If you are having a period, you re not pregnant. You cannot be pregnant until after your last period.
i guess so, i had my first period yesterday and until today I'm so moody!
The first week or two of pregnancy are only known in hindsight as you don't even GET pregnant until two weeks. If you mean you may have conceived already, most women don't have any symptoms until 2 or 3 weeks later, after they have missed a period.
They very well could be, but you'll have to wait until after you miss your period to take a test.
What you're experiencing could be a sign of pregnancy, but there's a lot more to it. Have you had a period recently or could you be getting ready to start? I know I get diarrhea and sharp stomach pains 2 WEEKS before my period and it lasts until my period is over. It could also be food poisoning or a stomach virus. I strongly encourage you to contact your doctor if pain and diarrhea persist.
