This is a very simple equation, as the motor is 26ah and the batteries are also 26ah, then they should power the motor to it's maximum effort for 2 hours. However this will all depend on the amount of effort the motor is required to produce.
1, Example;
If it is to ensure a flywheel is continuously rotating then it may last for upto and way above 12 hours. This is due to the only real effort on the motor, is getting the flywheel upto speed.
(depending on how the motor and batteries are wired up, the motor may start chraging the batteries if the motor slows down REGENERATIVE CHARGING)
2, Example;
If it i driving a scooter or childs car with a person in or on it then the motor will have to work harder so the batteries will last 2 hours or less depending on the weight of the passenger.
Hope this helps.

Yes you can. The charger has what is called a trickle charge and will need to be left charging at least overnight and maybe for two nights dependant on how little charge the battery has left.
Yes, the amp hour rating gives you an idea of the capacity of the battery and charger. The charger and battery need to have the same voltages. i.e. dont try to charge a 6v battery with a 12 v charger. The battery will be charged until it is full.
