It would be impossible since you cant drive over Mexico in a boat. You would have to go to South America and go through the Panama Canal. Then brave the Gulf of Mexico, just watch out for Hurricanes.

I am not sure what a Miami Alambo is, so I would probably drive a Porsche.

You cannot drive from Miami to Haiti. Miami is on the mainland of Florida. Haiti is on the island of Hispaniola in the Caribbean. Some form of air or water transportation is necessary.

All true trucks are rear wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. Because of towing and payload needs trucks are rear wheel drive or 4wheel drive. If you have a heavy loadd in the back of the truck and it was front wheel drive you would not get any traction, the same as if you towing a load.
