The person who answered before me is stupid. That's very obvoius *eye roll* anyway no one knows how loud is too loud. But if they did find out they would be deaf. If you really want an answer then I suggest you Google it. :)

Look any sound that is not tolerable by your ears for a short period of time. It may depend on person to person co'z the hearing capability of hearing differs from people to people. To be more true, the sound that has more wavelength and can cause damage to your ear is loudness.

Any sound over 85 Decibels is considered too loud and will hurt your hearing. Hearing anything this loud will start to damage your ear. prolonged exposure to sounds this loud will cause irreversible damage to your ears.
