NO it will not.
It is the samething. same distributor.
The 1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z (RPO Code 1FP87) was built in a coupe and convertible options. The available powertrains for the IROC-Z were the LO3, LB9, and L98 8-cylinder engines with 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmissions. 20,067 IROC-Z coupes and 3.245 convertibles were built that year.
If the 8th digit in the vin is an F it is a 305. If the 8th digit is an 8 then it's a 350. It says on the block man. It says on the block man.
It depends on what engine is in it, what gears is in it etc... theres too many factors
Out of ALL of the Camaro's made in the world the 1989 Camaro is the most girly of the models. It is weak and not good. People may think Camaro's pick up ladies I'm sure the 1989 Camaro picks up guys!
no they will not
Probably does not have a speed sensor. It would have a speedometer cable that goes from the back of the speedometer, through the firewall, underneath the car, and into the transmission.
There is no governor, The ecm/ computer controls the speed limiter.
you do not need to remove the governor off the camaro because the 89's do not have them. they didn't start puting governors on cars until 96.
The 1989 Camaro didn't have a 350 TPI (not stock, anyway)
