Although it was nominated 13 times during its original network run on NBC (1966-1969), "Star Trek" never won a Primetime Emmy Award. By contrast, its successor, the syndicated "Star Trek: The Next Generation" (1987-1994) won 19 Emmys in 58 nominations.

Among the other spinoffs, "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" (1993-1999) won two Emmys, "Star Trek: Voyager" (1995-2001) won seven and "Star Trek: Enterprise" (2001-2005) won four.

The first "Star Trek" series to win an Emmy, was the 1973-1974 animated version on NBC that won a Daytime award.

Six. The CBS reality series won the 2001 Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Non-Fiction Program (Special Class) and the 2010 award for Outstanding Cinematography for Reality Programming. Its other wins were for Jeff Probst as Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
