I have a Glenfield Model 10 .22 bolt rifle, made sometime between 1966 and 1978. It does have the chipmonk (or squirrel ?) engraving on the grip portion of the stock. All other models 10s that I've heard of have it also.
About 75
Around $75.
A Marlin Glenfield Model 60 .22 caliber semi auto rifle with a squirrel engraved in the stock and a serial number 20160178 is worth between $100 and $300. The actual value varies greatly based on its overall condition.
it just depends on the year it was made in if it had the squirrel i think. either that or they quit putting the squirrel on when they stopped the glenfield name and made em all marlin. But to answer your price question. I just picked up the same gun yesterday without the squirrel (which shouldn't make it anymore valuable at all) for $40 in a local gun shop. And he had 4 or 5 more similar to that gun in age and model for 35-70 depending on condition.
Model 75c... I've got one from 1979. I need a mag tube for it. Where's the best place to find one?
We have virtually all the parts for most Marlin models. sales@countrygunsmith.net
The Glenfield 75c .22 long rifle is a fine rifle. simple, short, with a squirrel on the handle if you are lucky. they retail used in gun shops (2008) for around $100. I purchased mine in Oregon for $99. The shop had the Glenfield 75, with the longer barrel for $89. I prefer the shorter barrel of the model c, it feels really ballanced and is great for woodland hunting. -whooise

I've seen good condition models go for about $80-100 on a couple of online auction boards.
The Glenfield Model 75 was produced from the years 1960 to present. Unfortunately, the Glenfield 60 inner firing parts will not fit a model 75 Glenfield.
I own a glenfield 778 without the magazine plug it can hold a maximum of 6 rounds on in the chamber and 5 in the magazine
