As Presidents they were Commanders-in-Chief of the US armed forces. Their commands lead to the deaths of many soldiers and civilians. However, to say that these presidents "killed" people is hyperbolic.

But if you are asking about the role of Commander in Chief, President Obama has sent soldiers off to war, as all other American presidents have done, and sometimes, these wars result in casualties (whether on our side or the enemy's side). He has also ordered raids on places where foreign enemy fighters were supposed to be hiding, such as the mission that led to the death of Osama bin Laden.
