I believe watch tower relates to Jehovah's WitnessesCatholic AnswerThe "Watch Tower" Bible is certainly not Catholic, and cannot even be considered Christian. It is a publication of the Jehovah Witnesses and has been altered so as to deny the divinity of Our Blessed Lord, Jesus Christ. The Jehovah Witnesses believe that Our Blessed Lord was a creature of God, not God.
In 1879 Charles T Russel founded "Zion's Watch Tower" which later became "The Watch Tower Announcing Jehovah's Kingdom". In 1884 the "Zion's Watch Tower Tract Society" was incorporated by Russel. The 'Dawn Bible Students' were an organisation separate from what eventually became the Jehovah's Witnesses, as a split occurred after Russell's death. The 'Dawn Bible Students Association' was founded sometime after 1917 to distinguish itself from what later became the much larger Jehovah's Witnesses (the name taken in 1931).

But in 1928 it was emphasized that not a decorative symbol but one's activity as a witness showed he was a Christian. In 1936 it was pointed out that the evidence indicates that Christ died on a stake, not a two-beamed cross."

According to the Yearbood of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1977 page 242:"The Kingdom work in Panama started about the turn of the century. In the late 1890's an agent of the American Bible Society brought some of the Watch Tower Society's publications into the country and began to distribute them. Soon others became interested in the Kingdom message and began to talk about it. Isaiah Richards, a schoolteacher in the city of Colón, organized a class (or "ecclesia," as it was called) and presided at the weekly Bible studies. That was about the year 1900."The first Branch office was established in Panama, under Roy W. Harvey in 1946.
