This question has not been answered; the only source of data that i am aware of as of yet uses department of education diagnosis of asd, which are ikely to be an underestimate of the true figures, and this shows that hispanic children are less likely to be diagnosed with an ASD. This is likely due to the language, cultural, and access to care variables. The CDC estimates that the risk ratio is 50% chance. However, it looks like there are a significant amount of Hispanic children with ASD that are undiagnosed or misdiagnosed.
New Jersey. New Jersey autism rates appear to be the highest in the country reaching. According to recent statistics released by the CDC, 1 in 23 boys are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders within the state. Coincidentally, or maybe not so coincidentally New Jersey is known to have the most available resources and autism treatment programs in the country. It is unclear whether the concentration of autism services is a result of a larger autistic population in need of those services, or if, at least in part, the autistic population is larger due to those services. Many families have moved to New Jersey in order to seek the best and most varied resources for their children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.

There's nothing to suggest that autism is more prevalent today than it was decades, hundreds, or thousands of years ago. Autism diagnosis is on the increase but this doesn't mean that autism is on the increase.
I don't really know..... but, my friend does....around 1 in every 166 kids have autismactually that number has changed as of this year (2009) it is now 1 in 100 that is according to the Autism Society web site. My son has Aspergers and I blog about it...http://whatisaspergerssyndrome.blogspot.com/
It is common for those with an Asperger's Syndrome diagnosis to also carry an ADHD diagnosis. There is speculation that the two syndromes may be related because of their presentation, and often, co-diagnosis. Both syndromes share a core deficit: executive dysfunction.

Autistic women can absolutely get pregnant. The fact that a person is on the Autism spectrum does not interfere with their ability to carry and raise children. Furthermore, being pregnant does not affect autism, nor does autism affect pregnancy as far as is known.
