None. Turkey is not a member of the European Union. Only European Union countries send MEPs to the European Parliament.
Wales itself has four MEPs- currently there is one from the Labour Party, one Conservative, one Plaid Cymru and one from the United Kingdom Independence Party (although the latter is likely to lose his seat at the next European Election). There may be MEPs from wales who represent English constituencies, but I regret I don't know how many of these (if any) there are.
