There are a total of 3 engine/transmission mounts for the 1998 Cavalier with the 2.2 liter engine. There is an upper motor mount on the passenger side toward the front of car next to the coolant reservoir. There is a lower dogbone mount underneath the a/c compressor. and lastly, there is a transmission mount on the driver's side. It is held in place by a bracket.
