Utah has five electors. Every state has the equivalent number of electors that it does representatives in the house and seats in the senate, combined. Utah has three representatives in the House of Reps., and has two seats in the senate. Each and every state has two seats in the senate. And the number of representatives in the house is based on the population of a state. Search "Electoral College" to find out more about electors. For an electoral college video: go to YouTube and search "How the Electoral College Works."
