People who work out too much often damage their joints to the point where they can't work out anymore when they're older. I like to run, and I have heard a lot of Horror stories from older runners who can't run anymore because they basically destroyed their knees by running like, ten miles a day, six days a week for 30 years.
Some people also say that exercising too much makes you age faster, but I don't know whether or not that's actually true.
So, in my opinion, a person shouldn't work out more than half an hour, 6 days a week, or an hour every other day.
A 12 year old girl who only weighs 107 pounds should not be concerned with calories. You look fine. Go play.
